How I love Pilates
A relaxing thing to do
During lunch or after work
Me and my mate Drew
Twice a week
We join the class
Twisting, turning
And tightening our ass
Alignment, breathing
Developing the core
It was going well
Till I went through the door
I tripped over the cat
